I recently stayed at Hotel Fouquet’s New York in Tribeca, and it was one of those places that just stays with you. The moment I walked in, it didn’t feel like a typical hotel—it felt more like stepping into a stylish city apartment. The soft colors—dusty rose, mustard, and pistachio—created such a cozy vibe, with velvet sofas, fresh flowers, and shelves filled with interesting books and little decorative pieces. The staff was incredibly warm, making me feel at home right away.
My room was surprisingly spacious, especially for New York, and filled with natural light. The soft pink and green tones gave it a fresh, airy feel. There were these beautiful tufted headboards, Murano glass chandeliers, and even a handcrafted minibar stocked with Provençal treats. The bathroom was pure luxury—Calacatta Viola marble, art deco lighting, and high-end toiletries. I loved how even the wallpaper had character, mixing classic French designs with hidden Tribeca landmarks.
The bars were a highlight. I had a cocktail called the Transatlantique at Titsou Bar, and it was one of the best I’ve ever tried. Then there was Le Vaux, the rooftop bar, where I spent an evening just soaking in the city views—it had this relaxed Parisian charm that made it hard to leave. The staff at both places were friendly and knew how to make the experience feel personalized, from suggesting drinks to chatting about the city’s best spots.
Everything about my stay felt effortless and inviting, from the beautiful rooms to the cozy corners and the vibrant bar scene. It’s definitely a place I’d love to return to. The warmth of the space, the attention to detail, and the overall charm made it a memorable experience. It’s one of those hidden gems that feels special from the moment you arrive, making it the perfect escape from the busy city. I can’t wait to go back.
